Equipment warranties are handled through the manufacturer under their published terms. Our installation workmanship is covered separately, and we'll explain both plainly at handoff so you know who to call for what.

Often, yes. We start with an honest assessment of what's in place, keep what still performs well, and recommend replacement only where it genuinely improves the result.

What do care plans actually cover?

Care plans keep firmware current, monitor network health, and give you a familiar point of contact for support. Plans range from periodic remote monitoring to more frequent on-site reviews depending on the size of the home.
